Payment Terms

• 40% Advance Payment: Required upon signing the project agreement.
• 20% Mid-Project Payment: Due during the development phase.
• 40% Final Payment: Due upon project completion.

Project Updates

Weekly updates will be provided to keep clients informed.

Cancellation and Deduction Policy

• 20% deduction if the project has not started.
• 40% deduction if the project is 60% complete.
• 70% deduction if the project is fully completed.

Web Design Maintenance

Three months of free maintenance is provided. Additional maintenance is charged based on scope.

Ad Account and Payment

The client provides the ad account. Payments for ads are made directly by the client.

Service Charges for Ads

35% service fee is charged on the total ad spend.

Content Creation

• The client provides content for ads.
• If content is not provided, Trellis Digital Agency will charge additional fees.
